I had Jay for my cleaning today. It was actually the gentlest cleaning I think I've ever had....I dread them. He was polite and talkative and made me feel comfortable.

Quick and Easy Visit

I went in for a root canal feeling so defeated and anxious because I’m just so tired of getting dental procedures. However, Dr. Ortiz’s endodontic assistant Kate made such a huge impact on my experience as she had such a positive attitude, her bedside manner made me feel at ease, provided reassurance, informed me of what’s going on with every step, and was very proficient at her job. I did not hear any complaints from her despite it being the end of the day, and I’m sure she’s had a tiring day. I could tell that she loves what she does and she takes care of her patients well. She deserves to be recognized for her phenomenal work ethic!
